 Recipe - Healthy apple muffins

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

=======================

apple peel - 100 g (approx. 5 apples, Bio)
lemon peel - 1 edge, no white parts
tangerine peel - 1 edge, without white parts
flour - 100 g, white, wheat
flour - 100 g, wholemeal, spelled
baking powder - 10 g
almond milk - 200 ml
agave syrup - 40 g (or honey)
olive oil - 30 g
cinnamon - 1 pinch

PREPARATION
==============

Apple peel contains a lot of vitamins, and we often throw them away.

Here's one way to make the most of it by making healthy muffins:

We put the thinly peeled peel in the blender jar together with the citrus peel, cinnamon and flour.

We turn on the device at maximum speed in order to grind the fruit peel together with the flour.

Pour almond milk, olive oil, agave syrup or honey and add baking powder (it should be put with dry ingredients, but in this case it is not appropriate to grind with flour, so add it at the end).

We turn on the device at medium speed to whisk the mixture well and when it is homogeneous, we estimate the density. Muffin batter should be plain cookie dough or slightly thinner. If it is too rare, add a little more spelled flour.

Arrange in paper muffin baskets smeared with olive oil and place them in a pan with holes for this purpose. It turns out about 8-10 pieces.

Bake at 170 degrees in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the toothpick that sticks is dry.

When we take the healthy muffins out of the oven, leave them to cool for 15 minutes before taking them out of the mold and peeling the apple muffin paper.

Great breakfast for champions and delicious dessert for consumption without remorse!

The amount of sweeteners can be increased if we want healthy apple muffins to be sweeter.
