INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

-pomegranate - 1 piece

-avocado - 1 piece

-apple - 1 piece (grani smit)

-white beets - 1 root, not very large

-garlic - 1/2 head, small - white, for salad

-coriander - for sprinkling, dry

-lime - 1 piece

-olive oil - about 50 ml or to taste with - to taste

-pomegranate molasses - 25 - 30 ml


WAY OF PREPARATION

Peel and cut the apple and onion into pieces, and the beets into thin circles. Sprinkle with a little lime juice.

We continue to peel the pomegranate and remove the grains from it, and cut the avocado into larger slices, also immediately sprinkle with lime juice so that it does not darken.
